Kiwi Cream
RUSSIAN CREAM
1 cup + 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 envelope plain gelatin
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Kiwis
Slice kiwi into 9 thin slices and place in bottom of dessert bowls chop rest of kiwi.Mix together the cream, sugar, kiwi, and gelatin in a small saucepan. Heat gently and stir until all the gelatin is thorougly dissolved.Fold in the sour cream and vanilla. Whisk until quite smooth.Pour mixture into serving bowl or mold or into 3 1 cup molds. Cover and chill until set, at least 4 hours.
To unmold, dip container in hot water until edges just begin to liquefy. Invert onto a serving dish

If you want to un mold it you have to freeze it for a few hours... or you can do what i did for the first 2 eat them out of the bowl w/spoon. :D
