Acorn anyone?

The FOOD people Gave me an acorn squash last week and I have just found a recipie that uses it and I will post it later.. but for now the above is a pic of my Acorn squash with apples, cinimin, rasins, and nuts..

I also have a killer new cook book that my gurl bought for me. Will update later with more details.
